EXPULSE is a small business brand created by the illustrator Nana. In 2016 it all started with a webcomic titled "FOUR QUARTERS" and until now Nana's passion for stories is still shown through all the characters and creations via EXPULSE.
SHIPPING INFORMATION

We do not collect any VAT or customs fees. The customer is responsible for the charges and fees in their respective countries.
Shipments with fees unpaid may result in the package being returned or disposed of. We do not offer refunds for such situations as this is the responsibility of the customer.
For all orders, please use Roman (alpha-numeric) letters when entering your name and address. Proceed to add your respective country's address format in the notes section.
NOTICE: As of 01/01/25 we do not ship to the EU due to the new GPSR regulations.

In the case where a tracked package has been lost, marked delivered incorrectly, or has any other complications, contact us as soon as possible. A case file will be created with the courier in order to find your package status. In some cases, a full refund or replacement may be issued.
If your address is a business address or is protected by a gate/special access code, this may cause problems with the carrier as well. Please contact your local post office or check with your neighbors in addition to contacting us.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect address information will require for the customer to pay for additional shipping costs to have it resent.

Returns must be met with the following conditions:
- There is a manufacturing defect.
- A photo of the item defect is sent with the order number within 14 days after receiving the order.
- Limited, digital items and personalized orders cannot be refunded.
If your order contains incorrect items, is incomplete or has manufacturer damage, we will do our best to offer a replacement.
Cancellations are not valid after 2 hours of the order being placed. If an order is cancelled, a 10% processing fee will be charged.
Item exchanges are possible before an order is processed and as long as the items are of the same value, otherwise a difference in price will be charged. Please contact me with the order number and item change request.
