Due to the nature of pre-orders, there's always a bit of waiting and trust from you as a customer. However, it is my goal to not have you wait too long!
Unfortunately with the the launch of the new Eclipse tier, a switch to a new supplier was needed and the speed of production has been severely delayed - it was a lot slower than anticipated. One week ago from this post, a request was put in for expedited shipping so the items are now currently on the way.
As a note, I am currently on a temporary medical leave and will be back in the country on December 7th. By then, the items should have been received, and I will perform quality checks to ensure that all items meet the requirements. If all is good, we will make sure delays such as this will not continue with the same manufacturer or we will move on from this supplier completely. Thank you for your patience and understanding, I'll make sure to get the items out to everyone who's ordered asap!
