We do not collect any VAT and customs fees. The customer is responsible for the VAT & customs charges in their respective country. All incoming packages to the EU/UK are subject to VAT and customs fees.

Shipments with fees unpaid may result in the package being returned or disposed of. We do not offer refunds for such situations as this is the responsibility of the customer.

For all orders, please use Roman (alpha-numeric) letters when entering your name and address. Proceed to add your respective country's address format in the notes section.

PREORDER / BACK ORDER ITEMS

If your order contains a preorder /back order item, your entire order will ship together with the preorder item. Dates for pre-order items are in the product's descriptions.

Z7 PROJECT items are shipped the month after their release.

If you don't want to wait, please order the preorder / back order item separately.

• Due to scheduling and conventions, an order may take longer to process. Notices will be at the top in the announcement bar.​

All orders come with standard tracking unless chosen otherwise

When an order is processed, an email with the tracking number and shipping confirmation will be sent.

Shipments are sent out weekly. Please allow several days for your tracking to enter the system.

We are not held responsible for any lost packages once the orders have been handed off to the couriers. 

In the case where a tracked package has been lost, marked delivered incorrectly, or has any other complications, contact us as soon as possible. A case file will be created with the courier in order to find your package status. In some cases, a full refund or replacement may be issued.

If your address is a business address or is protected by a gate/special access code, this may cause problems with the carrier as well. Please contact your local post office or check with your neighbors in addition to contacting us.

Orders returned to us due to incorrect address information will require for the customer to pay for additional shipping costs to have it resent.

Please contact us asap with the correct information. Once a shipment has been sent out, there will be no way for us to correct the mistake or issue any refunds.

Returns must be met with the following conditions:

• There is a manufacturing defect.
• A photo of the item defect is sent with the order number within 14 days after receiving the order.
• Limited, digital items and personalized orders cannot be refunded.

If your order contains incorrect items, is incomplete or has manufacturer damage, we will do our best to offer a replacement.

Cancellations are not valid after 2 hours of the order being placed. If an order is cancelled, a 10% processing fee will be charged. 

Item exchanges are possible before an order is processed and as long as the items are of the same value, otherwise a difference in price will be charged. Please contact me with the order number and item change request.

Unfortunately, Nana may not be handling the orders so it is not possible to have the items signed. However, at conventions, Nana is more than happy to sign your items at no cost!

For subscribers:

• Digital packs delivered via Shopify remain available as long as the subscription is active.
• Past rewards are generally retained by existing subscribers, but new subscribers only get access to content from the moment they join.

Unfortunately due to a busy schedule and due to the nature of the comic, it has been put on hold for many years. However, there is a plan to revamp the entire comic in order to have it become a physical printed comic.
