Depending on your tier, you will receive digital or physical or both item types.

Digital: You will receive digital files that vary depending on your tier selection. Files range from high resolution jpegs/wallpapers, to mp4 timelapses of the art processes, to the work file (PSD). Note: Some tiers include 18+ material.

Physical: All physical tiers are inclusive of stickers and a collectible foiled card. However the Eclipse tier includes a trinket item each month that may range from lanyards to keychains and so on.

Each month there will be a theme release featuring the new designs of that month.

These designs are available as digital or physical items and depending on your tier you will receive what you sign up for each month. Physical items are on a pre-order basis*

Digital: Upon subscribing, you will have access to the content from the previous month to download (ie. you subscribe in January, you will have immediate access to December content).

At the end of the month of your active subscription, you will be updated with the current month's new digital files (ie. you subscribe on January 15th, you will have immediate access to December content, by the 31st you will have access to January's new content. December's content is now replaced by January's content).

You will have access to all available digital files on your member portal for as long as your subscription is active.

Physical: As the items are pre-ordered, each month you are charged for items you will receive the next month (ie. when you subscribe to a tier in January, you will receive these items in February).

*Pre-order items are ordered before they are in stock. Items are shipped out once they arrive.

Digital items: You can redeem a previous digital illustration pack each month with the Banana Smoothie Tier. Otherwise, you can only purchase or redeem previous packs with your points.

Physical items: Unfortunately the physical items are limited time exclusives. The shop will have vault sales once a year for limited access to previous designs. Subscribe to the newsletter or follow our Instagram for the latest updates.

If you only have just subbed to Patreon and want to switch to the shop, send an email to nana@expulse.shop to request for a refund on Patreon and subscribe on the shop as a new member.

If you've subscribed to an annual plan on Patreon:

Option 1: You can wait for that to end before switching to the shop.

Option 2: Email nana@expulse.shop to refund your Patreon membership. A custom order of a membership + the difference of your Patreon membership already accounted for will be invoiced.

It is recommended that you stay or sign up as a free member on Patreon if you'd like to see bts posts, previews and latest updates. These posts will continue to be available for all members, however paid members will receive early access.
