If an item goes out of stock during convention days, either a refund may be processed or you may wait for the item to be restocked. In either case you will be contacted. In the case it is an item that will not be reproduced, an automatic refund will be processed.
For Canada and the USA, orders should arrive within 5-10 business days after you receive a confirmation email with the shipping information. For international orders, varying on the shipping option chose, it may take ~15 days but please allow up to 4-8 weeks.
There are no returns or exchanges.
